Rebel Tours is a different kind of travel agency. Focused on backpackers of all over the world, it brings for the first time in Brazil a completely free historical tour. Named Free Tour, this walking tour Downtown Rio shows the main sights of interest of the area in three hours telling a little bit of the country’s history. The idea is that every traveler has the opportunity to go on a tour in the city (Rio is a very expansive city!) and only pays what he can.
Rebel Tours also plans trips based on the traveler’s budget and interests and offers cheap and alternative tours in Rio de Janeiro, Arraial do Cabo and Búzios.
In-city tours are considered alternative because the traveler gets to know the city as a real Carioca, using public transportation and walking. No vans or shuttles here.
